中文摘要: 相变储能混凝土存在的主要问题:一是储能基元多以有机材料封装,易老化且与混凝土基体相容性差等;二是混凝土基体导热性和耐热性较差。这严重制约了相变储能混凝土的推广应用。本项目以聚合物改性硫铝酸钡钙特种水泥代替有机材料对储能基元进行预包裹封装,不但可实现抗老化,而且由于该水泥具有快硬早强和水化微膨胀等特性,使预包裹封装层结构致密度提高,可以有效地防止液态相变材料泄露。同时,可改善有机封装材料与混凝土基体间的界面过渡层结构,提高储能基元和混凝土基体的相容性;结合混凝土基体组成设计和结构调控,通过掺入钢渣、铜渣等工业废渣和提高密实度来改善导热性。主要研究内容:相变储能基元的聚合物改性硫铝酸钡钙特种水泥预包裹封装技术和封装层热稳定性研究;相变储能混凝土基体的组成设计、结构调控及导热机制研究;相变储能基元与混凝土基体的相容性研究。为制备性能良好的相变储能混凝土提供科学依据和技术基础。

英文摘要: The main questions of energy storage concrete with phase change include the following: energy storage primitive with phase change is easy to aging and incompatible with concrete matrix because of package with organic materials; concrete matrix is disadvantageous of low thermal conductivity and heat resistance. So the promotion and application of energy storage concrete have been severely restricted. In this project, firstly, the energy storage primitive is to be pre-wrapped by modified barium calcium sulphoaluminate cement with polymer to anti-aging. And it is expected that pre-wrapped layer structure is denser to more effectively prevent the liquid phase change material leaking because the cement is characteristic of rapid hardening, early strength and hydrating micro-expansion. In the same time, the interfacial transition layer structure between organic encapsulation materials and concrete matrix is to be improved to enhance the compatibility between the primitive and concrete matrix. Secondly, combining composition design and structural regulation of concrete matrix, thermal conductivity will be improved by adding slag, copper slag and other industrial wastes and increasing the density.
