英文摘要: In the recent years, high performance and low cost filled type composites for electromagnetic interference shielding is a research hotspot. the author prepares polymer composites by plant fiber steam explosion in-situ coating modification with carbon particles and find its advantages of high conductivity and low cost. From the process of plant fiber steam explosion in-situ modification, we can make a deep research on the formation mechanism of carbon particles coating layer around the surface of separate plant fiber in the explosion force field, investigate the factors which influence the percolation threshold of the plant fiber filled polymer composites modified by carbon particles and reveal the essence and law of the formation of electromagnetic interference shielding performance in plant fiber composites. It will provide evidence for preparation and performance regulation of high performance and low cost filled type composites for electromagnetic interference shielding, and it has very important scientific significance and practical value.
