中文摘要: 该申请项目的总体思路是,理论上模拟设计参数合理的光子晶体结构。实验上采用恒压或周期电流阳极氧化工艺,或复合溶胶旋涂工艺,研制适于组装二维和三维光子晶体的多孔AAO(或TiO2)纳米有序阵列模板,并探索在其中引入缺陷结构的方法;尔后采用可控的电化学沉积自组装技术,在选用模板中均匀植入金属纳米棒(或管)。其目的:一则尝试大面积自组装金属-AAO(或金属-TiO2)二维和三维光子晶体,研究光子在其中的传输行为;二则探索其中精确引入缺陷结构的新方法和新工艺;三则研制具有超低折射率的透明材料,用以制备大折射率比的光子晶体,并研究其中光子的传输特性。该研究方案似有如下优点:1)进入模板孔道的金属材料结构精确可控,分散稳定性好;2)制备工艺简便、易大面积生长、结构均匀、成本低、易器件化加工;3)似可调制出超低折射率的透明新材料;4)结构中金属纳米材料丰富的物理特性,益于研发具有新颖传输特性的光子器件。

英文摘要: In the research project, the reasonable photonic crystal (PC) structures will be firstly designed through the computational simulation in theory; then in experimental, the constant potential and periodic current anodization methods combined with some simple microfabrication technologies will be used to attempt to prepare the porous ordered nanoarray templates for the self-assembling of the 2D and 3D photonic crystals and develop an effective method to introduce defect structure into PC structures. Finally, the metal nanorods or nanotubes will be electrodeposited into the pores in the prepared templates to form the 2D and 3D metal-dielectric composite photonic crystals. The aims of the project are mainly on the following three points: 1) Attempt to prepare the 2D and 3D metal-dielectric composite photonic crystals; 2) Develop the new effective technologies to introduce defect structure in photonic crystals; 3) Obtain the new materials with super low refractive index to form photonic crystals and study the transmission properties of photon in the PC.
