中文摘要: 本项目研究在冷却液加工条件下,对工件表面质量进行在线检测的新方法和新理论。拟通过创建“透明窗”,使得测量激光能够穿过透明介质层到达被测工件表面,实现在加工条件下,对冷却液覆盖下的工件表面质量的测量。主要研究内容包括:激光束通过透明介质层进行表面检测的理论研究,着重研究激光在透明介质层中的传播特性对表面检测的影响;建立透明窗测量方式下,空间光散射分布和表面参数之间的关系模型;利用空间光散射分布图像,分离出表面层损伤和表面粗糙度参数;建立一套工件表面质量在线检测系统,验证理论分析的有效性,找出实现冷却液条件下同时检测表面层损伤和表面粗糙度的新方法。本项目的研究成果可应用于加工状态的实时监控,实现加工过程的闭环控制,提高产品质量。

英文摘要: An in-process measurement method for workpiece surface quality under coolant condition will be researched in this project..A transparent window will be set up, the coolant and smear metal in transparent window will be moved, then the laser beam can pass through the transparent additional layers and reach the surface of the workpiece for measurement..The project will study the theory of in-process measurement of surface quality when the laser beam pass through the transparent additional layers, and focus on study the laser beam propagation through the transparent window consisted of the additional layers. The scattering theory will be developed to describe the light scattering distribution from a surface with the additional layers, and the relationship between the light scattering distribution and surface characteristic parameters will be built. Surface roughness and surface defect can be separated by analyzing the light scattering distribution images. An experimental system will be set up, and the feasibility of the theories will be proved. Then, a new method under coolant condition to realize the in-process optical measurement of surface roughness and surface defect will be produced..This study can be applied to monitor the workpiece quality in machining process, and consequently improve productivity.
