中文摘要: 虫草在自然界害虫的自然控制,生物农药开发,天然药物筛选和功能食品的的研发上有重要应用前景。虫草是一类既复杂又特殊,具有性型和无性型两个相对独立生活史的复型真菌;且无性型又存在多型现象,这给虫草的分类鉴定、有性型与无性型关系确证及无性型鉴定上带来困难,存在不少问题有待解决。由于这些特征及不同发育阶段被用于新种描述导致了成百的模糊种名,使虫草的分类鉴定呈现由来已久的困难和混乱。蛹虫草及其近缘种多达8个,故有必要结合经典分类和分子系统学,对蛹虫草及其近缘种进行彻底鉴别澄清。为蛹虫草及其相关真菌的进一步开发利用奠定基础。 国际上同类研究仍局限于小范围采集的标本或菌株的1-2 个基因上,目前尚未进行全球范围的多基因系谱学和生物地理学研究。因此有必要结合经典分类和多基因系谱学对蛹虫草及其近缘种(包括其无性型)的系统发生、演化及其生物地理学进行深入研究,并对相关种类进行基因系统学的界定。

英文摘要: Cordyceps in natural control pests of nature, bio-pesticides development, natural drug screening and functional food research have important application prospects. Cordyceps is a group of complicated, but also a special, relatively independent of both anamorph and teleomorph life cycle of complex fungi, and the anamorph polymorphism phenomenon.The teleomorph and anamorph relationship confirmatory and anamorph identification have difficulties in classification and identification of the Cordyceps, there are many problems to be solved. Because of these characteristics and at different developmental stages for the new species discription have led to hundreds of fuzzy species, so that the classification and identification of Cordyceps showing long-standing difficulties and confusion. Cordyceps militaris and its allied species as many as eight, it is necessary to combine the classical taxonomy and molecular systematics to conduct a thorough identification of C.militaris and its allied species. It is important for further development and utilization of C.militaris and its associated fungus. Similar studies are still limited to a certain region of strains collecting and 1-2 gene,and has not yet world-wide multi-gene genealogy and Biogeography study.
