中文摘要: 海上风能和波能是可再生的自然能源,清洁环保、永不枯竭,其利用对解决人类可持续发展问题具有重大意义。目前的海上风力特别是波浪发电存在功率密度不高、能量利用率低问题;同时,海上风电和波浪发电主流采用直驱方式,将能量收集装置和发电装置刚性连接,发电装备性能和电力品质受环境影响较大;此外,海上风能和波能的利用彼此孤立、相互割裂,发电装备各成体系,海上风能和波能的叠加互补效应没有被发挥。为根本解决这些问题,本项目提出并研究一种新型大功率海上风力波浪一体化复合发电装备,采用新的能量收集方式和新的能量传递介质,以及模块化能量收集单元,实现对无规则、非稳定的海上风力波浪能量的全分量高效能收集,并由同一能量传递介质和转化环节实现复合发电和非稳定波动调节,为一体化复合发电装备的系列化和标准化提供有效方法。研究成果将为建立具有中国特色的、国际先进水平的大功率海上风力波浪一体化复合发电装备理论和方法打下坚实基础。

英文摘要: Offshore wind and wave energies are renewable natural energy that are environment friendly and never vanish. The use is of great significance to solve the problem of human sustainable development. Currently, the offshore wind, especially the wave power encounters the problem of low power density and low utilization rate of energy. At the same time, offshore wind and wave power mainly use direct drive mode to connect the energy collecting device and electricity device directly that leads to that the power generation equipment performance and power quality are greatly influenced by the real wind and wave. In addition, the utilization of sea wind and wave energy are isolated and the devices are independant that sea wind and wave energies in one area can not be used simutaneously. To solve these problems, this project proposes and studies a new type of high-power offshore wind and wave integrated complex power generation equipment, that uses a new energy collection way and a new energy transfer medium, as well as a modular energy collection unit design to implementate efficient collection of all energy componets of random wind and wave, composite generation and fluctuation adjustment using the same energy transfer medium, and seriation and standardization of the new devices. The research results will lay a solid foundation of the theory and method for the development of high-power offshore wind wave complex power generation equipment of Chinese characteristics and international advanced level.
