中文摘要: 近年来,由于在光电和生物医疗等领域显示出重要应用前景,具有局域表面等离子体共振(LSPR)特性的纳米材料受到国内外学术界的广泛关注。迄今报道的LSPR材料主要是一些贵金属纳米晶,其共振波长基本局限于可见光区间。为了扩展LSPR共振波段至近红外光以满足一些光电技术的应用需求,同时降低成本,LSPR研究领域的最新动态之一是研究将导电性较好的半导体纳米材料作为LSPR源。本项目拟液相合成具有LSPR特性的系列半导体纳米晶,并以其为前驱物,在表面异质生长第二相半导体,构成纳米异质结;研究异质结的组分、结构和形貌变化对LSPR共振吸收特性尤其是吸收峰位的影响,探明相关的物理过程和微观机理,进而实现纳米半导体LSPR共振频率的宽谱调控,为发展性能优良的新型LSPR纳米材料奠定基础。

英文摘要: Nowadays, nanostructures with localized surface plasmonic resonance (LSPR) feature have been extensively studied inspired by their potential application in photoelectrical and biomedical field. Recently, the most researched LSPR materials are noble metal nanocrystals. For expanding the LSPR wavelength to near infrared region to fulfill several photoelectric application, and reducing the application cost develop novel LSPR materials, one of the new trendency in this field is to develop several high conductive semiconductors to be the substitute LSPR sources. In this project,it is proposed to fabricate semiconductor nanocrystals with LSPR feature and heterogrowth another semiconductor nanophase, forming semiconductor nanoheterostructure. The influence of the component and microstructure to the LSPR feature, especially to the LSPR frequency, will be researched to reveal the inside physical mechanism. Further, the effective strategy of tuning the semiconductor LSPR frequency in broad spectrum will be developed.The accomplishment of this project, will be helpful for develpoing novel LSPR nanomaterial.
