中文摘要: 云计算超额的资源供给与冗余设计以及负载均衡对能耗因素的忽略,使其暴露出高耗、低效等问题,实现绿色云计算已成为研究人员关注的热点问题。现有研究从硬件、操作系统、虚拟机、数据中心四个层次并采用DCD、DVFS、DPS、任务合并、虚拟机迁移、休眠空闲节点等节能技术解决传统集群系统的能耗问题。但GFS、HDFS等在设计时缺少对能耗因素的考虑使得即使在负载很低时系统中所有节点仍需保持活动状态以保证系统中数据的可靠性与可用性,同时任务合并、虚拟机迁移、休眠空闲节点等节能技术受到任务数据依赖性与可用性等要求的挑战。为解决云计算环境下应用数据层对节能计算的支持问题,本项目对面向节能的云计算应用数据层的数据建模、数据存储结构与策略、副本策略、数据可用性保证、任务调度、负载均衡、虚拟机迁移等问题进行研究,利用软件节能技术改进云计算应用数据层对节能计算的适应能力,对提高云计算应用软件的能耗利用率具有重要意义。

英文摘要: The excess supply of resources and redundant design to ensure the QoS constraints and reliability of system, and energy consumption ignored by load balancing algorithm makes hardware and software in cloud computing center caused high energy consumption but low efficiency problem. With the expansion of the cloud computing center the problem goes more serious, so researchers become more attention on how to build energy-efficient cloud computing center. Existing research works from hardware, operating system, virtual machine and data center level, using DCD, DVFS, DPS, task consolidation, virtual machine migration, and hibernate free server nodes and so energy-efficient technologies to solve the problem of high energy consumption in traditional cluster systems. But some cloud computing center which based on such GFS, HDFS, Lustre, MooseFs, CarrierFs and so on distributed file system as cloud application's data layer or cloud storage architecture, on one hand the design of GFS and HDFS ignored the energy consumption factor which makes all the nodes must keep active in order to ensure reliability and availability of data even load rate is low, on the other hand when apply energy-efficient technologies such task consolidation, virtual machine migration, and hibernate free server nodes in cloud computing center challen
