中文摘要: 立体电视能够再现景物的立体信息,是新一代信息技术的发展方向和趋势。立体电视图像质量评价是立体电视的主要关键技术,具有重要的研究价值。本项目拟针对立体电视图像质量评价中存在的问题,开展基础性和创新性研究,取得具有一定自主知识产权的立体电视图像质量评价理论和方法。本项目充分考虑人类视觉系统处理平面信息与立体信息的区别,基于立体信息认知机理,研究立体电视图像主观评价模型,探索主观评价结果与客观测量参量之间的关系,为构建立体电视图像评价体系奠定基础;通过分析探索立体电视图像质量的影响因素,研究立体电视图像双眼串扰、可视角、闪烁的测试模型,探索屏幕多点光色度探测方法,为形成统一立体电视图像质量关键参量表征与测试方法提供依据。本项目研究成果将推进立体电视技术的标准化,填补行业空白,为我国在立体电视技术领域的国际竞争中走在前列提供支撑,推进我国立体电视技术和相关产业的发展。

英文摘要: 3DTV can display the stereo information of the scenery, which is the tendency of the new generation information technology. 3DTV image quality evaluation is the key technolgoy of 3DTV system.This project conducts the basic and innovative research for the problem of 3DTV image quality evaluation, which can produce a lot of theories and methods in the field of 3DTV image quality. Human visual characteristics are enoughly to be considered. The subjective evulation model based on 3D information perceive mechanism is studied. The relationship between subject evaluation result and objective mesurement parameter is explored, which laies the basis for construct the 3DTV image evalution system. The test model of crosstalk, viewing angle and flicker are studied. The detection method of multi-view chroma of the screen is also studied, which can provide the evidence for the represnetation and test of the unified 3DTV image quality. The results of this project can not only promote the standardization of the 3DTV, but also support the development of the domestic 3DTV technology and industry.
