中文摘要: 碳纤维混凝土作为自动融雪除冰机场道面的理想加热介质,其导电稳定性直接决定自动融雪除冰的效果,对持续暴雪冰冻恶劣气候条件下飞机起降安全至关重要。但机场道面属于大面积薄层混凝土结构,其裂缝对碳纤维混凝土的导电稳定性的影响尚不明确且无评价测试方法,很大程度上制约了碳纤维混凝土在机场道面自动融雪除冰中的应用,国内外在该方向的研究基本空白。本项目针对机场道面裂缝特点出发,结合已有研究基础,创新建立机场道面裂缝扩展状态(裂缝长宽、深度、面积及条数等)对碳纤维混凝土温敏性与电热效应等导电稳定性影响的测试方法,揭示其重要影响因素与规律,进而提出机场道面裂缝对导电稳定性影响的控制措施,在不影响碳纤维混凝土导电稳定性前提下,将其开裂控制在可控范围之内,从而保证碳纤维混凝土机场道面融雪除冰效果,为实现我国机场道面碳纤维混凝土自动融雪除冰奠定理论与试验基础。项目研究具有较强的理论意义和实际应用价值。

英文摘要: Carbon fiber reinforced concrete (CFRC) is the ideal heating media for automatic snow-ice melting in concrete airport pavement. The electrical conductivity stability of CFRC directly determines the effect of snow-ice melting, which is crucial for safety during planes takeoff and landing under the abominable climatic conditions such as blizzard and freezing climatic. Airport pavement belongs among large areas concrete structure of thin layer. The influence on electrical conductivity stability of crack of carbon fiber reinforced concrete is not clear and there is no test method, which seriously restrict the application of CFRC for snow-ice melting. But few studies have paid any attention to this research direction. Based on the characteristic of crack, this research project presents test method for the influence on electrical conductivity stability of crack (different length, width, depth, area) of carbon fiber reinforced concrete and shows the influencing law. This research project also puts forward the influence control measures to control the crack and ensure the effect of snow-ice melting without affecting electrical conductivity stability. It provides theoretical and practical foundation for automatic snow-ice melting in airport pavement of China. Therefore this research project has the important theoretical
