中文摘要: 采用数值模拟, 实验测试,冷态模拟试验等方法,研制应用于转炉的聚合射流氧枪。通过数学和物理模拟研究转炉内CO同氧枪环氧通道氧流燃烧产生高温伴随流以形成超音速聚合射流的条件以及炉内聚合射流的衰减规律,为聚合射流应用于转炉炼钢生产奠定理论基础。聚合射流将原来的普通超音速氧气射流转变为聚合射流,具有更大的熔池穿透深度,不形成明显的射流冲击,减少了喷溅的发生,为钢水内气泡的迁移提供了足够的动能。这使转炉在不增加额外设备投资及能源消耗前提下,不安装底部供气元件的情况下达到顶底复吹效果,使企业既不增加成本也无需在底吹系统上花费精力和财力。解决转炉溅渣护炉工艺炉龄提高而底枪寿命不能与其同步的问题。改善冶炼效果,降低能耗,提高氧枪寿命。转炉聚合吹氧技术必然会改变转炉用氧的方式,该技术有望成为新一代转炉炼钢的吹氧技术。

英文摘要: With method of numercial simulation, experiment test and cold simulation test, oxygen lance of ultrasonic coherent jet used in LD converter is wanted to be developed. Through physical and mathematical simulation, ultrasonic coherent jet flow formation conditions and attenuation law will be studied. In this subject, associated flow is planed to use high-temperature flue gas generated from the burning of CO inside the converter and O2 flows from the annular duct of oxygen lance, which is an innovative idea that has not reported in present papers of this study field. Coherent jet is that make general ultrasonic jet flow be coherent jet, which has greater depth of penetration and less jet impingement and less absence if dimple, this technology can offer enough energy of motion for bubbles moving in steel liquid. Without extra investment and energy consumption, bottom blowing elements, coherent jet technology used in LD steel making can reach to the effect of the bottom compound blowing technology. Coherent jet technology can resolve the question of oxygen lance life not meeting with the converter life when splashing protection technology used in LD steel making, improve the metallurgical effect, decrease the energy usage and increase the life span of oxygen lance.
