中文摘要: 抗热冲击性能是衡量陶瓷材料作为高温工程结构材料的关键指标之一,直接关系到陶瓷优异的高温性能在工程应用中能否得到充分发挥。研究陶瓷材料的热冲击损伤机制以提高其抗热冲击性能,具有重要的学科研究价值和广阔的工业应用前景。本项目以直接实验观测和分析工程典型陶瓷材料Al2O3遭遇热冲击瞬间的裂纹萌生和演化过程为基础和切入点,揭示材料的热冲击损伤机制,阐明陶瓷的热冲击裂纹特征和残余强度随热冲击温度的变化规律,将热冲击裂纹演化特征引入陶瓷材料的抗热冲击评价理论,为提高陶瓷材料的抗热冲击性能提供理论依据和技术指导。

英文摘要: Thermal shock resistance is a key index for ceramics used as high temperature structural materials. The application of ceramics under high-temperature environment directly depends on its thermal shock resistance. It has very important scientific value and broad application prospect to understand the thermal shock damage mechanisms of ceramics and improve the thermal shock resistance. This project focuses on direct experimental observation and analysis on the initiation and evolution of cracks under thermal shock of the typical engineering ceramic Al2O3. The cracks characteristics and residual strength after thermal shock with the variation of the quenching temperature will be clarified. The evolution of thermal shock cracks will be introduced into the evaluation theory of thermal shock. This project will provide a theoretical basis and technical guidance for improving the thermal shock resistance of ceramic materials.
