中文摘要: 信息处理技术决定着民族文字的命运。我国以藏文、维吾尔文、蒙古文为代表的少数民族文字信息处理研究已取得了显著成效,并得到了成功应用。然而,迄今为止,苗文信息处理研究工作和成果鲜有报道。作为民间苗族文化主要载体的方块苗文,其信息处理研究刚刚起步。本项目拟从字信息处理层面深入研究方块苗文的计算机处理关键技术,以期解决方块苗文的高效存储、字形生成描述、显示、快速输入、快速查找等基本问题,为武陵山片区民族文字信息处理平台和工具的研发提供必要的技术支撑。项目主要研究内容包括:(1)方块苗文的字形动态生成方法及字库技术的研究;(2)方块苗文的快速输入编码方法的研究;(3)纯方块苗文环境和苗汉混合环境下的方块苗文字符串多模式匹配算法研究;(4)综合以上研究成果的可视化方块苗文信息处理原型系统研制。

英文摘要: Information processing technology determines the fate of the national characters. At present, taking Tibetan, Uighur, Mongolian as representatives, the research works of minority language information processing have achieved remarkable results, and have been successfully applied. However, to date, the research on information processing for Hmong characters is rarely been reported. As the main carrier of the civil Hmong culture, the research on information processing for square Hmong characters has just been started. In order to resolve these basic problems, such as characters efficient storage, the glyph formation and description, display, fast input and quick search, this project will study the key technology of computer processing square Hmong characters at the character information level, and will provide the necessary technical support for developing the information processing platform and the tools for national characters in Wuling mountain area. The research topics include:(1)the study of both the glyph dynamic generation method for square Hmong characters and the formal description of this method, and the fonts technology based on the above formal description; (2)the study of fast input encoding method for square Hmong characters; (3)the study of the string pattern matching algorithms for square Hmong characters aiming at the pure square Hmong characters environment and the environment mixed square Hmong characters with Chinese characters;(4)the development of a visual information processing prototype system for square Hmong characters, which integrating the above research results.
