中文摘要: 生物质可再生能源的开发与利用是减少碳排放,确保世界能源供应安全的一种重要战略选择。研究葡萄糖合成5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)及其调控机理,开发高效的催化剂和反应过程技术,是基于生物质制取可替代化石燃料和高附加值化工产品的关键。本项目拟设计和制备过渡金属掺杂、负载的酸碱双功能介孔分子筛复合催化剂,研究由于掺杂、负载引起的体相结构、表面结构、缺陷结构和表面活性原子的配位结构等变化对催化材料的酸碱活性中心与催化性能的影响,建立和研究葡萄糖异构脱水合成5-HMF可能的反应网络和动力学机理;获得葡萄糖组分分子间结合键在不同微差异催化剂组成和结构环境下的应答规律与机制;揭示葡萄糖异构脱水合成 5-HMF 与介孔催化剂的构效关系,制定催化剂的制备程序和条件,指导高效催化剂体系的设计。项目所取得的研究结果将有助于突破生物质可再生能源工业化利用的技术瓶颈,具有重要的科学意义和工业应用价值。

英文摘要: The development and utilization of renewable biomass energy are one of the important choice to reduce the emission of carbon and to ensure international energy supply. It is the key technology for high value products to synthsize the 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) from glucose with selective control and to develop the catalyst and reactive process, based on the alternative fossil fuel by biomass. The bifunctional composite mesoporous catalysts with acid and base ,dotted or impregated by transition metals, will be designed and prepared in our application. It will be extensively studied that the changes of the stucture in body phase, surface, defect and coordination of active atom in the surface of catalyst give rise to the influence on the active sites of acid and base and the catalytic reactivity due to transition metals incorporated into the mesoporous materials.The reaction route of isomerization of glucose to synthesize 5-HMF is proposed to elucidate the relation between the structure and catalytic reactivity. The knowledge and mechanism of bond between glucose moleculars up to different composition and structure of catalysts are expected to be recognized. In addition, the preparative program and parameter of catalysts will also be proposed. As above, it will be used to design catalysts with high efficiency. The result will benefit to break through the choke point of the industrial utilization of biomass renewable energy,which is significant in science and industrial application.
