中文摘要: 为解决化石燃料燃烧导致的高成本、温室效应和环境污染等问题,世界各国开始越来越重视研究与开发氢能。科学家们一直在寻找一条高效、低成本合成氢气的途径,而自然界中微生物利用[铁铁]氢化酶高效制氢提供了可以借鉴的模式。本项目拟合成出一系列含有[2Fe2S]蝶状子簇、半胱氨酸骨架和卟啉结构的[铁铁]氢化酶活性中心模型物,利用光敏剂卟啉代替天然[铁铁]氢化酶的[4Fe4S]立方烷子簇实现光驱动催化制氢,研究模型物在催化制氢过程中的制氢效率及其结构与催化性能之间的关系,筛选出高效、稳定的光驱动制氢催化剂,为设计制氢效率高、成本低的制氢催化剂提供理论与实践基础。

英文摘要: In order to solve the problems of high-cost, greenhouse effect and environmental pollution caused by the burning of fossil fuels, the world began to pay more and more attention on research and development of hydrogen energy. Scientists have been trying to find a high-efficiency and low-cost way to produce dihydrogen. Many microorganisms have provided us with some information by using [FeFe] hydrogenase to produce hydrogen. In this research project, we design to synthesize a series of new complexes containing [2Fe2S] cluster, cysteinyl groups and porphyrin as models of [FeFe]-hydrogenase. We will synthesize catalysts for the light-driven production of hydrogen by replacing the [4Fe4S] cluster with porphyrin. Then, we will carry out our studies on the photocatalytic properties of models and the structure-activity relationship. We will also try to find an efficient and stable catalyst for the light-driven production of hydrogen. In the end, we hope that we could provide theoretical and practical basis for the design of high-efficiency and low-cost catalysts for hydrogen production.
