中文摘要: 本项目拟探索磷灰石体系用于LED照明的新型、高效、廉价的荧光材料的关键制备技术,同时注意筛选具有性能优良的长余辉特性的磷灰石材料。采用各种合成方法尝试制备纯相磷灰石基质材料。利用XRD和热分析技术,对材料合成过程中的物理、化学变化进行分析,优化合成方法和条件。分析材料的结构和激活剂离子的分布,揭示基质对激活剂的影响;分析表面形态、化学组成、价态等,以探讨发光粒子的形态、化学组分、价态等与发光性能之间的关系;利用光谱等技术探索材料中的能量传递过程;使用热释光谱、光电子能谱、和电子自旋共振谱等手段,探讨材料内部的缺陷以及它们与余辉特性间的关系。 根据发光中心掺杂的变化和能量转移等,分析发光的动力学过程,探索磷灰石基质材料体系中的光致荧光和长余辉发光的机理。本项目的完成能为磷灰石体系LED荧光材料和长余辉材料的合成提供理论和技术上的支撑,研究成果将有助于其它基质的光致荧光材料、长余辉材料的研究。

英文摘要: The present project focuses on the investigation of a synthesis technology of apatite-based phosphors for light-emitting-diode (LED) with the purpose of innovation, high efficiency and low-cost. Meanwhile, apatite-based phosphors with long afterglow characteristic will be studied. In order to obtain a pure phase of apatite, various kinds of synthesis methods will be tried. Physical and chemical changes during the synthesis will be analysized with X-ray diffraction and thermo gravimetric analysis, and the synthesis method will be optimized subsequently. The structure of host and distribution of activated ions will be studied to reveal the influence of host on activators. The influence on luminescent properties by morphology, stoichiometric of host and valence of luminescent centers will be also analysized by scanning electron microscope and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, etc.The spectral technology will be used to explore the energy transfer in phosphors. Thermoluminescence, photoelectron spectroscopy, photoacoustic spectroscopy and electron spin resonance will be applied to investigate the inner defects of the phosphors and their influence on the afterglow.
