中文摘要: 多环芳烃(PAHs)场地污染造成的环境危害是世界各国面临的重大难题,电动力学(EK)修复和生物修复是缓解该问题的有效途径,然而,EK对土壤中的疏水性PAHs的迁移效果较差,且无法实现PAHs的转化分解;生物在土壤中扩散和传质效率低,使得生物技术应用受到限制。本项目采用EK/修饰漆酶联用技术,EK可强化亲水性修饰漆酶在土壤中的传质;而修饰漆酶的催化氧化作用可改变PAHs疏水特性,加速土壤中PAHs的EK迁移。目前EK/修饰漆酶联用的相关机理尚不清楚,需重点研究:1.EK和修饰漆酶相互作用机制,揭示EK对修饰漆酶在土壤中的分布特征和降解行为的影响,以及修饰漆酶对EK性质和PAHs迁移的影响;2.PAHs的迁移/转化动力学和机理,阐明PAHs在多介质环境下的迁移和转化过程。在此基础上得到控制EK/修饰漆酶体系的关键因子和参数,为EK/修饰漆酶联用技术在PAHs污染土壤中的应用奠定理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Environmental harm by sites contaminated with Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) is a major problem to the world. This can be effectively mitigated by electrokinetics (EK) remediation and bioremediation methods. The effect of EK technology alone on hydrophobic PAHs in the soil is weak, and PAHs cannot be transformed and decomposed. On the other hand, applications of bioremediation technology alone in soil pollution control is limited, due to inefficient diffusion and mass transfer organisms in the soil. In this project, PAHs in contaminated soil can be migrated and transformed effectively by a combined EK / modified laccase process. Mass transfer of hydrophilic modified laccase in soil is strengthened by EK action, and catalytic oxidation of modified laccase can change hydrophobility of PAHs to accelerate migration of PAHs in soil. It is not clear about mechanism of the combined EK / modified laccase process. Specific studies include: 1. Interaction mechanism of EK and modified laccase, the influence of EK on distribution characteristics and degradation behavior of modified laccase in soil, and the effect of modified laccase effect on EK and migration of PAHs. 2.
