中文摘要: 本课题以重金属废水高效净化及其产物的资源化应用为目标,以电镀废水和酸洗废液为研究对象,采用两步微波水热法,按照调控形成Ferrite/LDH纳米复合材料,通过新的反应历程、反应目标产物及目标产物应用的设计,在实现重金属废水高效净化的同时,实现沉淀产物的高附加值资源化。 为此,课题将在系统研究合成条件对Ferrite/LDH纳米复合材料合成影响的基础上,重点研究重金属废水净化效果、反应动力学、表面吸附效应等重金属微观束缚机制,并探索Ferrite/LDH纳米复合材料对水体中有机污染物的吸附净化效应、光催化降解效应和光催化还原制氢的产能效应,深入探讨Ferrite/LDH纳米复合材料的吸附能力、催化活性及其作用机理,以期研究应用于重金属污染物体系的净化、有机废水治理和催化还原产氢。

英文摘要: To the aim of effective purification and recycling heavy metal wastewater, the two-step microwave hydrothermal process of Ferrite/LDH nanocomposite from pickling waste liquor and electroplating wastewater was investigated. By means of the design of new reaction route, reaction product and its application, the effective purification of heavy metal wastewater and the product with great value were obtained. Basing on the influence of synthesis factors on Ferrite/LDH nanocomposite, the purification effect, the dynamics of reaction, the adsorption effect and the binding mechanism were discussed. The reaction of adsorbing purification, photocatalytic degradation, photocatalytic reduction water into hydrogen and related reaction mechanism were explored. The results are expected to be applied to heavy metal wastewater pollution purification, organic wastewater treatment and hydrogen production.
