中文摘要: 移动互连网等无线新型应用的快速发展加剧了无线资源频谱的紧张状况,而传统电视广播占据了VHF和UHF频段大量的优质频率资源在模数转换过程完成后会有一部分被释放(CTVS),同时,广播电视频谱在传统分配方式下在空间上没有被充分利用(TVWS)。本项目拟结合申请人在数字电视广播领域和无线网络理论方面的积累,针对广播电视频段频谱高效管理和利用方法展开研究,主要包括:(1)通过建立CTVS动态数据库和分配方法,解决模数转换后CTVS的资源管理问题;(2)通过对广播大塔覆盖模型和政策限制下的网络容量分析、干扰消除方法研究,解决对TVWS高效利用的问题。目前,针对广播频段频谱利用方法的研究工作在国内外还处于起步阶段,而未来2015年模数转换完成后相关的政策和技术亟待完善,因此本项目具有重要的社会和经济价值。

英文摘要: Newly emerging wireless applications such as mobile networks aggravate the constrained situation of wireless spectrum resources. On the other hand, part of the high quality VHF and UHF spectrum occupied by traditional TV broadcasting will be cleared after the A/D conversion (CTVS). Meanwhile, traditional TV broadcasting spectrum allocation methods lead to white space (TVWS) in spatio-temporal sense. Based on the knowledge of the digital TV broadcasting and cognitive networks, the applicant plans to do research about the efficient management and utilization of TV broadcasting spectrum, including: (1)Solving the resource management of CTVS through dynamic database and allocation; (2) Providing efficient utilization for TVWS by capacity analysis in the broadcasting coverage model and interference suppression method. Currently, research about TV spectrum utilization is still at its preliminary stage, yet the related policy and techniques need to be improved after the A/D conversion. To conclude, the project has very important social and commercial values.
