中文摘要: 数字水印技术已经被广泛应用于矢量地图数据的版权保护和完整性认证。目前矢量地图数据水印算法都属于对称水印算法,水印嵌入和检测过程是一个互逆过程,由检测算法及密钥可以很容易地推导出水印的嵌入算法和密钥,导致水印检测算法及检测密钥不能公开,限制了其应用范围。为此,本项目以实现矢量地图数据非对称水印为目标,着重研究矢量地图数据非对称水印基础理论与模型、基于密钥的矢量地图数据非对称水印算法、基于过程的矢量地图数据非对称水印算法,以及矢量地图数据非对称评价指标体系的构建。本项目的研究可以满足在水印检测算法和密钥公开的情况下仍能确保水印信息的安全,还能够为用户实时检测数据的有效性和合法性提供技术支撑,提高水印实施框架的执行效率。

英文摘要: The watermarking technology has been widely used in the copyright protection and integrality authentication of the vector map data. Until now, the watermarking algorithms of the vector map data is symmetrical, and the embedding process and the detecting process of them are inversed, as a result of that, the applied range of the vector map data is limited badly. So, the item selects the asymmetrical watermarking algorithms as the target of the study, and focused research on the basic theories and models, the asymmetrical watermarking algorithms based on the secret key, the asymmetrical watermarking algorithms based on the algorithmic process and constructing assess index system of the vector map data. The study results of the item could not only guarantee the safety of the embedded watermark while the detecting method and key is public, but also offer the technological support for detecting the effectiveness and legality of the data in real time and increase the enforcement efficiency of the watermark implementation frameworks.
