中文摘要: 枸杞是我国西北干旱区重要的特色药用植物资源,具有重要的社会、经济和生态效益。近年来,枸杞种植业发展迅猛,尤其在以青海省为代表的西北地区,枸杞种植面积不断扩大。但枸杞品质形成与立地质量之间存在什么样的关系,一直以来未有定论。本研究针对国内枸杞新产区不断涌现、枸杞道地产区的划分无评价标准、不同产地的枸杞产品无辨别标准、枸杞品质形成的生理生态机理不清楚等现状,通过典型枸杞产区气候资料、土壤养分和灌溉水质的调查,结合当地枸杞的外观品质和内在品质调查分析,确定枸杞品质形成与生态因子的相关性;立足宁夏这一传统意义上的枸杞道地产区土壤盐碱化严重的现状,研究盐生环境在枸杞品质形成中的作用;集成不同生态区枸杞果实性状和营养成分评价标准,形成不同产区枸杞质量标准评价技术体系。本研究旨在揭示枸杞品质形成对立地质量的响应机制,为不同枸杞产区枸杞品质的综合评价提供理论依据,指导药用枸杞栽培管理和枸杞消费。

英文摘要: Lycium, an important characteristic resource of medicinal plant in arid areas of northwest China, has significant social, economic and ecological benefits. Lycium farming has recently undergone quick development and the plant area of Lycium has kept expanding in northwest China, especially in Qinghai province. However, no final conclusion has yet been reached on the relationship between Lycium quality formation and site quality. In view of the present situation (including emergence of new Lycium producing area, the lack of evaluaion standards on genuine Lycium area and differation of products from different planting area and the undefinited mechanism for Lycium's physiological and ecological formation), the current study determined the correlation between the quality formation of Lycium and ecological factors through investigation of climate data, soil nutrient content and irrigation water quality, as well as the apparent features and inside quality of local Lycium product. The research also explored the effect of salt environments on quality formation of Lycium based on Ningxia, which is a genuine Lycium cultivating region with salt-alkalinization soil. In addition, we integrated the evaluation criteria of Lycium fruit characters and nutritional content in different ecological areas, and formed evaluation system for techniqual quality. The purpose of this study is to reveal the response mechanismm of quality formation of Lycium to site quality, provide theoretic foundation for comprehensive evaluation of Lycium quality in different cultivating areas and guide the cultivation, management and consumption of medicinal Lycium.
