中文摘要: 本项目以信息化条件下武器装备体系能力建设需求为牵引,采用复杂性科学与大数据方法相结合的思路,充分利用兵棋推演等产生的多维全样本作战仿真数据,研究信息化武器装备体系复杂性机理及效能评估方法,突破基于超网模型的多维全样本仿真数据挖掘方法、基于动态测量的网络化效能指标体系关联性挖掘方法、面向武器装备体系效能评估的多视角、多层次、多线索仿真数据可视化方法等关键技术,创新一种基于作战仿真大数据的挖掘分析方法和武器装备体系效能评估新方法,并结合典型应用进行实例化验证。本项目研究成果可直接服务于国防建设、武器装备体系论证、作战方案评估等,提出的基于仿真大数据的武器装备体系复杂性机理研究方法,拓展了仿真科学和体系研究的方法理论,对战争复杂系统研究和作战仿真具有借鉴意义。

英文摘要: Driven by the capacity construction demands of the weapons and equipment System of Systems (SoS) under the condition of informatization, this project adopts the method combining the complexity science and big data, and makes full use of the multi-domain and whole sample operational simulation data generated by war gaming, and researches complexity mechanism and effectiveness evaluation on the weapons and equipment SoS under the condition of informatization. We will break through in such key technologies such as the multi-demensional and whole sample simulation data mining methods based on the Network of Networks (NoN) model, the relevance mining method on the networked effectiveness indicators SoS based on dynamic measurement, and the multi-view, multi-level and multi-thread visulation method of simulation data orienting effectiveness evaluation on weapons and equipment SoS. After creating novel data mining and analysis approaches based on operational simulation big data, and an approach on effectiveness evaluation of weapons and equipment SoS, this project will be verificated by the typical application instance. In general, the achievements of this project can serve directly the national defense construction, the argument of weapons and equipment SoS, and the operational schemes evaluation so on. The research methods on complexity mechanism of weapons and equipment SoS based on big data from simulation, will expand the methodology and theory on simulation science and SoS, and have significance for the research on war complex system and operational simulation.
