中文摘要: 通用航空是我国战略性新兴产业,民航现行陆基空管系统、中高空中大尺度气象信息与基础设施难以为种类众多、飞行各异的通航飞机提供小尺度共享态势感知服务,且目前态势感知系统误差较大难以满足安全运行要求。通过对通用航空运行性共享态势感知系统模型与体系结构的深入分析,拟从共享态势感知性能误差建模入手,构建通用航空运行感知态势数据集。在综合考虑所需监视性能与基于性能监视感知状态评估基础上,对共享态势感知单模型非线性滤波,获得感知性能误差数据集并采用粗糙集属性约简算法,研究共享态势感知数据集的感知态势误差特征与消减算法,藉此构建基于恒定分离损失的碰撞时间的时空交叠度动态稳健冲突检测模型,完成基于共享态势感知的4D航迹修正与优化,提高通用航空运行态势感知度及准确率,实现基于小尺度共享感知态势的通用航空高效、安全运行服务。

英文摘要: General aviation operation service is a strategic emerging one. It is difficult to provide small scale shared situational awareness service for general aviation in many kinds and different flight with the current civil aviation ground-based air traffic control system, middle and high altitude large scale meteorological information and CNS infrastructures. At present, the situational awareness system has a large error and can not meet the requirements for safe operation. Through in-depth analysis of the general aviation operation shared situational awareness system models and architecture, and then the operation shared situational awareness set is build with performance error modeling. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the required surveillance performance, performance based surveillance and situational awareness, On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the required surveillance performance, performance based surveillance and situational awareness assessment, the shared situational awareness set is be filtered with single model nonlinear algorithm, and then the situational awareness error set is obtained. Rough set attribute reduction algorithm can be used on the error set, the perceptual characteristics posture error can be analyzed, and then the error reduction algorithm is presented. And so, the time and space overlap of dynamic robust collision detection model is build based on constant separation loss and collision time. The 4D trajectory correction and optimization based on shared situational awareness is completed, and then the operation situation perception and accuracy improved in general aviation. General aviation efficient and safe operation service can be achieved based on small scale shared situational awareness.
