中文摘要: 随着数字信息的爆炸性增长,用户对海量数据的存储提出了新的需求,日益增大的数据存储规模所带来的能耗问题也越来越严重,基于性能保证的节能技术因此成为研究热点。本项目在云存储系统的基础上,对节能过程中的关键技术进行研究。具体包括:为满足云存储系统的实时性在线服务,研究基于多指标的数据分级存储策略;为满足云存储系统的可靠性及性能,研究一种可保证可靠性及性能的基于数据迁移的节能技术;为满足云存储系统的海量数据管理、减少海量数据的存储容量需求,研究一种基于重复数据删除的节能技术。最后,基于Hadoop搭建一个低能耗的云存储平台,对所提出的节能方案进行测试。项目的主要目标是从数据存储与管理等方面着手,为满足云存储系统的新特性,对云存储系统中的节能关键技术进行研究,使得云存储系统在实现节能的同时也能满足用户的需求。

英文摘要: With the explosive growth of digital information, users put forward new demands on the mass data storage. Energy consumption is increasingly serious caused by the increasing scale of data storage. Energy saving technologies based on performance guarantee therefore become a research hotspot. This project studies the key technologies in the process of energy saving based on the cloud storage systems. Specific include: In order to meet the real-time online service of cloud storage systems, it studies the multi-target data hierarchical storage strategy; to meet the reliability and performance of cloud storage systems, it studies an energy saving technology based on data migration that ensures the reliability and performance; to meet the massive data management and reduce the capacity requirements for massive data storage in cloud storage systems, it studies an energy saving technology based on data de-duplication. Finally, it builds an energy-efficient cloud storage platform based on Hadoop to test the proposed energy saving strategies. The main goal of the project is to research on key technologies of energy saving for the cloud storage systems, which starts from the aspects of data storage and management, aims to meet the new characteristics of cloud storage systems, makes the cloud storage systems meet the needs of users while achieving energy saving.
