中文摘要: 本课题主要通过研究光纤内密封液腔的水下温度传感特性,提出一种基于液体高热光系数的新型光纤温度传感结构,为海水温度的高灵敏探测提供理论与技术支持。首先,建立光纤内密封液腔温度传感模型,设计出具有高灵敏度的光纤内密封液腔温度传感结构。然后,利用飞秒激光诱导水击穿在光纤内制备出微流体通道和微腔,将微量液体引入并密封在光纤微腔内。最后,研究光纤内密封液腔的水下温度传感特性,通过优化制备与设计参数,进一步提高光纤内密封液腔的温度传感灵敏度,实现对海水温度的高灵敏探测。

英文摘要: In this project, we will mainly investigate the temperature sensing properties of sealed liquid-cavity in optical fiber underwater. And a novel optical fiber temperature sensor will be given based on the high thermo-optical coefficient of the liquid, which provides theoretical bases and practical methods for highly sensitive detection of sea temperature. First, we will establish the temperature sensing model of the sealed liquid-cavity in optical fiber, and design the sealed liquid-cavity structure in optical fiber with high temperature sensitivity. Then, the micro-channel and micro-cavity in optical fiber will be fabricated by using femtosecond laser induced water-breakdown. The micro liquid will be leaded into the optical fiber and sealed in the micro-cavity. Finally, we will investigate the temperature sensing properties of sealed liquid-cavity in optical fiber underwater. By optimizing the fabrication and design parameters, the temperature sensitivity of sealed liquid-cavity in optical fiber will be further improved to realize highly sensitive detection of sea temperature.
