中文摘要: 低占空比睡眠调度机制虽然能够最大限度地延长无线传感器网络寿命,但往往 导致不可接受的端到端传输时延,无线链路的不可靠性使得这一问题更加严重。动态转发、 协作转发等非确定性路由策略能有效缩短端到端传输时延以及提高路由能量效率,已成为当 前低占空比传感器网络协议研究中的一个重要研究方向。由于邻居节点间传输机会极为有 限,非确定性路由在低占空比传感器网络中存在不可忽视的信道竞争问题,目前尚未有相关的研究能够很好地解决这一问题。本课题构建理论分析框架并提出若干具有创新性的方案。研究低占空比传感器网络中无碰撞链路调度策略及相应的动态转发机制;研究基于微时隙复用的无碰撞动态转发跨层优化技术以进一步提高信道利用率并减少信道接入延迟;提出利用无线链路时空相关性及相长干涉传输技术来解决信道竞争问题。本课题的研究成果将对低占空比无线传感器网络的大规模实际应用提供技术支持,具有非常重要的理论价值和实用意义。

英文摘要: Since sensor nodes are usually energy constrained, in many long-term sustainable monitoring and surveillance applications, low-duty-cyle operation is necessary to ensure the service continuity in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). However, combined with the unreliable wireless transmission, the low-duty-cycle operation poses new challenges for routing protocol design on the end-to-end delivery latency, since a sender usually spends a long time waiting for the receiver to wake up at each hop. Non-deterministic Routing (e.g., dynamic forwarding and cooperative forwarding) is considered as an effective scheme for improving the routing performance in low-duty-cycle WSNs. Nevertheless, due to the low-duty-cycle operation, the contact duration between a sender and a receiver is very limited. Therefore, there exists very serious channel contention (packet collision) problem in this context. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first project investigating the channel contention problems in low-duty-cycle WSNs. We will research the collision-free scheduling for dynamic forwarding. In order to improve the channel utilization, we will investigate the mini-slot prioritized multiplexing method.
