中文摘要: 生命科学的迅速发展要求人们从单分子水平上原位、活体实时地了解物质间的相互作用以及生命过程。近年来新兴的单分子技术以其高的灵敏度和分辨率正好适应这一发展要求,成为生命科学及相关科学研究的前沿和热点。本课题拟开展单分子的传感及成像分析方法的研究及其在肿瘤标志物分析中的应用研究。基于单分子技术,发展高灵敏的肿瘤标志物分析新方法,主要研究工作包括如下几方面:(1)分子识别体系的设计与识别探针的合成及性能研究;(2)基于核酸适体的肿瘤标志物传感技术;(3)肿瘤标志物的单分子检测及成像分析。

英文摘要: With the high-speed development of biological sciences, the researching of interaction between moleculars in life process at single-molecule level has attracted widespread attention.In recent years,a rising single-molecule technology can meet the demands of development based on its high-sensitivity and high-resolution and could be the hotspot and front of life science and related disciplines. This study intends to carry out the research of single-molecule sensing and imaging and its application in tumor marker analysis. Based on the development of single-molecule technology, the main research can be divided in three aspects: (1) the design of molecular recognition system and the synthesis and performance study on recognition probe; (2) the study of tumor marker sensing based on aptamer; (3) the single-molecule detection and imaging analysis for tumor markers.
