中文摘要: 可重构阵列在工业自动化、传感器、通信、航空航天测控系统等领域有着广泛的应用前景。现有连续时间可重构模拟阵列存在以下问题:1)基于运算放大器的可重构阵列带宽很小;2)基于运算跨导放大器(OTA)及电流传输器(CCII)电压模式可重构单元输出阻抗高、且随频率发生变化,基于OTA及CCII电流模式可重构单元输入阻抗高、且随频率发生变化,在形成可重构阵列时,传输损耗大,且传输损耗随频率改变而引起输出信号失真;3)OTA及CCII器件输入端寄生参数较大,高频特性较差,带宽较小。为了解决这些问题,本项目提出一种新的电流模式器件-线性调谐宽带CMOS电流差分跨导放大器(CDTA),用该器件构成电流模式连续时间可重构模拟阵列。研究内容包括:1)线性调谐宽带CMOS CDTA电路设计;2)基于CDTA的电流模式可重构模拟阵列单元设计;3)基于线性调谐宽带CDTA的电流模式连续时间可重构模拟阵列设计及应用。

英文摘要: A reconfigurable array can be applied widely in industrial automatic, sensors, communication,measurement and control system of avigation and aerospace.The existing continuous time reconfiguable analog arrays have following problems:1)very small bandwidth for operation amplifier-based reconfigurable analog array;2)voltage-mode configurable analog blocks(CABs) based on operation transconductance amplifier(OTA) and second generation current conveyor(CCII) have high output impedance which vary with frequency and current-mode CAB based on OTA and CCII have high input impedance which vary with frequency, so when they are formed to reconfigurable analog arrays,transfer loss is serious and large output signal distortion will be produced for different transfer loss with different frequency;3)OTA and CCII have large parasitical elements in the input terminals, and have poor high frequency characteristic and smaller band width. To overcome these problems,this item proposes a new current-mode component,namely linear tunable wide band CMOS current differencing transconductance amplifier(CDTA), and current-mode continuous time reconfigurable analog array based on CDTA.
