中文摘要: 导弹、固体火箭发动机等产品,从生产完成到投入使用,一般需要经历较长的贮存期,且具有长期贮存、一次使用的特点,这种产品称为长贮产品。对于这类产品,其贮存寿命的预测,还缺乏系统的行之有效的理论和方法。因此,本项目将以典型长贮产品(导弹、固体火箭发动机等)为背景,以研究产品贮存质量变化规律为主要内容,以确定贮存寿命及最优检测方式为目的,以贮存失效率和贮存可靠度为主要参数,建立相应的数据处理方法和数学模型,系统地研究基于多源多类型验前信息和变总体现场信息的长贮产品贮存寿命预测的小子样理论。

英文摘要: Such products as missiles, solid rocket engines, high energy density capacitors, etc., they normally experience a longer shelf life from production completeness to put into use. At the same time, they are of the feature named long-term-storage and one-use. These products are called as long-storage products. For such products, it is short of effective theory and methods to predict the storage life of long-storage products. The theory is aimed at quantifying storage life precision and the optimized inspection interval, by analyzing the storage failure mechanism and change law of storage reliability. Storage life prediction theory for long-storage products based on multi-source prior information and small samples and changing population of site storage information.
