中文摘要: 本课题针对新一代GPS标准要求公差设计与其保持一致的问题,将公理设计理论(AD)引入到计算机辅助公差设计中,提出基于公理设计的功能公差设计,扩展并完善计算机辅助功能公差设计(CAFT)理论与方法。探索域之间的自顶向下 之字型分解映射和逐步展开的公差设计方法;研究功能特征之间的装配定位约束和几何拓扑关系,引入块的概念,提出一种公差分层递归设计新方法;揭示由公差域-偏差域以及偏差域-公差域的双向映射机理,并结合六西格玛设计、TRIZ解耦设计、模糊数学等来扩展公理设计在公差设计中的应用,实现公差综合评价和仿真分析;提出研究公差设计与公差过程的集成,构建公差设计由点到线的设计框架。在理论研究的基础上开发AD-CAFT原型系统,并结合复杂机械产品进行实例验证。本项目的研究成果有助于促进计算机辅助公差设计与新一代GPS标准体系融合,具有重要的学术意义和工程应用价值。

英文摘要: The project aims at the problems of product tolerance design needs to be consistent with the new generation GPS. The axiomatic design theories are introduced into the frame of computer aided tolerancing, and then functional tolerancing based on axiomatic design is presented. It will extend and improve the theories and methods of Computer Aided Functional Tolerancing(CAFT). The gradually deploying tolerancing methods are carried out from'Top to Down' using zigzagging mapping between neighborhood domains. The assembly positioning constraints and geometric topology between functional features are studied, and then a new 'hierarchical recursive tolerancing' method is presented using the concept of 'block'. Bidirectional mapping from tolerance zone to deviation space is explored, and the methods of tolerance synthesis, evaluation, tolerance analysis and simulation are studied based on the extended application of axiomatic design combined with Six Sigma, TRIZ decoupling, Fuzzy mathematics etc. The integration of 'tolerance design' and 'tolerancing process' is presented, and build the comprehensive frame of tolerance design from the 'point' to 'line'. The prototype system which is called AD-CAFT is developed on the basis of the theoretical research, and functional tolerancing of complex mechanical products are illustrated. The results of the project research will contribute to the fusion of CAT and GPS, it has important academic significance and engineering application values.
