中文摘要: 半导体金属杂化异质结构在催化、生物医学和光电设备等上具有应用前景。本项目拟在液相中设计合成Ⅱ-Ⅵ族一维半导体/磁性金属纳米异质结构,针对如何调节反应条件和材料的结合影响杂化材料反应的机理以及理解系统的协同性质等关键科学问题开展研究。通过选择合适的反应前驱物,溶剂和配位剂等在液相条件下制备结构新颖的具有特定组成的Ⅱ-Ⅵ族一维半导体/磁性金属异质结构纳米材料;研究以二元异质结构为基础,进一步构筑二元以上物相的更复杂的一维异质纳米结构;研究如何调节反应条件来改变异质材料的组成、结构和结合状态,并进一步影响生长机理,为制备高性能的复杂结构纳米材料提供技术支持;测试其荧光和磁学性能并研究其组成、结构和性能的关系,理解系统的协同性质,实现荧光和磁学性能的有效控制,获得兼具荧光和磁性的Ⅱ-Ⅵ族一维半导体/磁性金属异质纳米结构,为双重生物标记的实际应用提供实验基础和理论依据。

英文摘要: Semiconductor-metal hybrid heterostructures are promising building blocks for applications in catalytic, biomedical, and optoelectronic devices. The proposal was aimed at the purposeful design and synthesis of Ⅱ-Ⅵ group one-dimensional semiconductor/magnetic metal nanoheterostructures in mild liquid system for understanding the key scientific problems of how reaction conditions and material combinations can be tuned to influence the growth mechanism of the hybrid material and the synergistic effect of the components. The semiconductor/magnetic metal nanoheterostructures with novel structure and specific composition will be prepared in liquid condition by selecting the proper precursor, solvent and complexing agent, etc. The research will be based on the binary nanoheterostructure, and further constructed the complex ternary or more multicomponent nanoheterostructure. It will be studied how to tune the reaction conditions to change the composition, structure and the combination of the components that further affect the growth mechanism, providing technical support for the preparation of complex nanoheterostructures with high properties.
