中文摘要: CT设备已经成为临床应用中的常规诊断设备,而患者接受的辐射剂量始终是一个备受关注的问题。由于目前的CT设备均采用全视野扫描方式,因此对于只需要对感兴趣的组织或器官进行局部成像的情况,现有的扫描方式均存在过辐射问题。目前还没有针对组织或器官扫描的CT产品推出,尽管国外已有一些针对感兴趣区域进行局部扫描重建的研究,但研究结果离实际医用还有一定距离。本项目将研究一种将整体粗略扫描与局部精细扫描相结合的局部重建方法,主要研究感兴趣区域的自动定位以及两次扫描过程中的运动影响及基于生数据配准模型的运动校正方法,并研究相应的局部迭代重建方法。本方法将有效降低组织或器官局部成像时患者接受的辐射剂量,以感兴趣区域占全视野1/3的情况为例,患者接受的辐射剂量可降至原有辐射剂量的20%左右,同时重建的图像质量可以满足医生的临床诊断需求。本研究将通过体模及动物扫描实验对重建图像质量及接受的辐射剂量进行评估验证。

英文摘要: As is well known, CT has been a conventional equipment in clinical diagnoses. A disadvantage however, is the radiation dose received by the patients. As the CT devices are all in full-field scan, there is an obvious problem of over radiation when the patient only needs to be scanned for certain tissue or organ. Up to now, there is no organ-scanning CT product which has been brought into market. There have been some studies on local reconstruction of volume of interest, however, the quality of the construction image can not meet the demand of clinical diagnosis yet. The main research in this project is the investigation of key technologies for low-dose CT scan methods for usage in the imaging of certain tissues and organs, and accurate local reconstruction methods which can be used in clinical practice. This research will employ the method of combining the low-dose coarse scans and local accurate scans to reconstruct the image of a particular volume of interest. The core scientific problem to be solved is to automatically locate the tissue or organ, and effectively correct the motion between the two scans based on raw data registration model, and then reconstruct the exact image by local iterative reconstruction. This method can effectively reduce the radiation received by patients when performing the organ scan.
