中文摘要: 动态频谱访问DSA能够解决频谱稀缺问题,已成为近年来无线网络中重要研究方向。然而DSA网络中延迟变化大,丢包率高,无线链路容量随时间变化频繁,这些问题给上层协议,尤其是传输层和应用层协议的设计带来了极大挑战。本课题拟研究DSA网络中传输层的可靠传输控制技术以及应用层容错性编码技术。主要包括:建立不同网络架构和动态频谱资源环境下的传输层性能评价机制;应用随机过程理论,分析动态频谱切换对传输层性能的影响,提出适应频谱资源动态变化的拥塞控制算法;应用跨层优化技术,设计联合传输层和MAC层的跨层拥塞控制优化算法;应用编码理论,结合DSA网络的性能,提出支持H.264视频传输的容错性编码算法及传输技术;提出能够适应频谱资源动态变化环境的协议栈结构。研究成果将有助于提高DSA网络的性能,拓展DSA网络更多应用背景。

英文摘要: Dynamical Spectrum Access (DSA) is a hot research area in wireless networks in recent years. It is a technology that can effectively address spectrum scarcity. Compared with traditional wireless networks, the performance of DSA networks suffers from larger delay variations, higher packet drop rate and more frequent variation of wireless capacity. These disadvantages have great impact on the upper layer protocols, especially on the transport layer and application layer, and they present great challenge to the design of high-performance DSA networks. To overcome these problems, this project will study reliable transport layer protocols and fault tolerant coding algorithms in the application layer. Our study will focus on 1) Constructing a framework for the performance evaluation of transmission under different network structures and dynamic spectrum access environment; 2) Using stochastic process theory to analyze the impact on the TCP performance due to frequent spectrum handoffs; 3) Using cross-layer optimization to design a cross-layer congestion control algorithm for both the MAC layer and transport layer functions; 4)Using coding theory to propose a fault-tolerant coding algorithm suitable for the DSA networks while compatible to the H.264 technology; 5)Proposing a stack protocol structure adaptable to the DS
