中文摘要: 机织针织混编结构复合材料是机织结构与针织结构有机结合的一种新型纺织结构,具有很高的层间剪切强度与材料整体结构稳定性,在抗冲击纺织结构复合材料设计与应用方面具有特殊优势。本项目将建立从纤维、纱线、单胞到大尺寸织物及其复合材料的多尺度细观结构模型;开展复合材料在高应变率下系列冲击拉伸实验;结合复合材料多尺度细观结构模型,分析冲击拉伸下复杂纺织结构的变形机理;运用有限元方法模拟冲击拉伸过程;有效预测复合材料破坏形态与动态力学性能;揭示复合材料冲击拉伸破坏机理;解释织物组织结构参数对复合材料冲击拉伸性质的影响;提出抗冲击防护性能机织针织混编结构复合材料增强体应有的结构参数特征。该项目通过在多尺度细观结构层次揭示冲击拉伸破坏机理,对于以机织针织混编结构为代表的新型三维纺织结构复合材料的开发与抗冲击优化设计具有重要研究意义。

英文摘要: Co-woven-knitted fabric combines woven and knitted structure together. The novel structural composite has excellent advantages of impact resistance owing to their microstructure integrity and higher interlaminar shear strength. In this project, the multi-scale microstructure models from fiber, yarn, unit cell, large size fabric and their composites are designed; the impact tension experiments of co-woven-knitted composite under high strain rates are operated; the impact tension processing is simulated via finite element methods; the deformation mechanism of complex textile structure at impact tension is analyzed; the damage fractures and dynamic mechanical properties of co-woven-knitted composite are forecasted; the impact tension damage mechanism of co-woven-knitted composite is observed; the influence of fabric structural parameters on the impact tension behaviors of co-woven-knitted composite is investigated and the best structural parameters of co-woven-knitted reinforcement for the higher impact tension are calculated. The project can indicate the impact tension mechanism of co-woven-knitted from multi-scale microstructure models. This research can help the development and impact-resistance optimization design for novel 3-d textile structural composites such as co-woven-knitted structure.
