中文摘要: 本项目提出一种新型建筑体系:采用柔性太阳能电池表皮、FRP (fiber-reinforced polymer,纤维增强复合材料)结构、非线性形态的功能结构一体化建筑。其中,FRP曲面夹心板构成结构和功能的骨架,适用于复杂外形;用以DSC(dye-sensitized solar cells,染料敏化太阳能电池)为代表的柔性电池覆盖在FRP构成的整个建筑外表面,为建筑提供持续的电能,从而在同一构件上实现了低碳环保、轻质高强、造型美观、隔热保温等多种功能。本项目将研究其中的关键构件"柔性太阳能电池表皮FRP曲面夹心板"的基本力学性能、界面和组合性能以及力-光伏性能,解决构件设计和制造工艺中的关键技术问题,并进行大尺寸样片的试制和性能测试。通过多学科交叉,建立FRP曲面夹心板的功能结构一体化的基本理论,形成一套有效应用技术方法。从而为新能源的利用提供技术基础,推动可持续发展技术的进步。

英文摘要: An innovative building system integrating functions and structure is proposed, which is assembled with FRP sandwich panels skinned with flexible solar cells to form the non-linear shapes. In this system, the complicated appearance of architecture can be realized with the FRP curved sandwich panels which act the structure and the supporter of functions. The thin film solar cells such as DSC are used to cover on the FRP of the outside surface of the building, which can produce power to supply the building constantly. In this way, the multifunctions, including low carbon, light-weight and high-strength, architecture appearance, and heat insulation, are realized in the same member. In this project, the core member in this system, curved FRP sandwich panels skinned with flexible solar cells, is to be studied in the aspects of the mechanical behavior of panels, the interface and composite action between FRP and DSC, and the mechanical- photovoltaic performance. The key techniques in design and manufacture are to be developed. The large size sample will be manufactured and tested. Through the interdisciplinary research, the fundamental theory and the effective techniques on integrating functions and structure of the presented building system are to be built.
