中文摘要: 汽车的动力性能已成为评价汽车综合性能的标志性参数,直接关系到环境保护和能源利用等。汽车动力性检测的关键在于如何快速有效地测量出汽车发动机的输出功率并获得准确的测量数据。本项目针对我国目前汽车发动机功率测量数据的可靠性不理想、不易准确模拟道路阻力、现有方法测量复杂和有效性差等瓶颈问题,从构建单滚筒免拆卸测量系统入手,以江铃宝典2007款为实验车型,研究汽车发动机输出功率的单滚筒免拆卸测量信号获取及提取方法,重点对基于单滚筒的汽车消耗功率的快速测量方法,基于单滚筒不拆卸方式的汽车传动系损耗功率信号获取方法进行研究;在此基础上依据相关理论分析,建立单滚筒免拆卸发动机输出功率数学模型,通过发动机输出功率台架实验进行模型的准确性和有效性验证。本项目为完善国家和行业汽车性能测量标准,统一、规范发动机功率测量和确保产品质量安全提供技术数据,为汽车检测部门快速准确评价汽车动力性和经济性提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Automobile dynamic properties are evaluated for symbolic parameters of automobile comprehensive performance, directly related to environmental protection and energy use and so on. The mesuring key for power performance and fuel economy of automobile is how to measure the automobile engine output power and get accurate measurement data quickly and effectively. At present, bottleneck problems of automobile engine power are faced with poor reliability of measurement data, poor accurately of road resistance, measuring complex, low efficiency and so on. In this project, single roller without disassembly measuring system is built. Jiangling baodian 2007 as the automotive model, the acquisition and measurment methods for signal of the automobile chassis output power by single roller without disassembly measuring system are studied. The measurment methods of power consumption by single roller without disassembly measuring system are studied.The signal acquisition methods of automobile transmission loss power by single roller without disassembly measuring system is studied. On this basis and according to theoretical analysis, the engine output power mathematical model by single roller without disassembly measuring system is established. The accuracy and validity of model is validated by output power engine bench experime
