中文摘要: 非线性光学材料在扩展激光波段、高速光通信、光信息处理、高密度光存储等领域有着广泛而重要的应用。迄今为止,能在扩展激光波段中得到实际应用的有机和无机非线性光学晶体数量非常有限,而且由于各自的缺点,在很大程度上又限制了它们的应用范围。由于单纯有机或无机的非线性光学晶体材料都有其自身的一些固有缺点,为了克服以上缺点,将有机和无机非线性光学晶体的性能进行综合将是一种解决以上问题的有效手段和方法,因此,对有机-无机杂化的非线性光学晶体的研究是目前非常有潜力的一个方向。本项目拟在多羟基有机羧酸-硼酸体系中,再复合一价碱金属(或NH+)阳离子,寻找具有非线性光学效应的有机-无机杂化的新材料。通过探索该类晶体的水溶液生长技术,生长高光学质量的单晶,分析各功能基元对非线性光学效应的影响及所做的贡献,揭示各个功能基元与光学性能间的内在联系。本项目的成功实施将对探索新型非线性光学材料提供新的思路。

英文摘要: Nonlinear optical materials in the expansion of laser band, high-speed optical communications, optical information processing, high-density optical storage and other fields have a wide range of important applications. So far,the number of organic and inorganic nonlinear optical crystals which can be applied practically in the expansion of laser-band is very limited.Furthermore, their own shortcomings also limit their scope of application.Simple organic or inorganic nonlinear optical crystal materials have some inherent shortcomings of its own.In order to overcome these shortcomings, the performance of organic and inorganic nonlinear optical crystal synthesis will be the effective means to solve the above problem.Therefore, research on organic-inorganic hybrid nonlinear optical crystal is very promising. The project intends to synthesize organic-inorganic hybrid nonlinear optical materials in polyhydroxy organic carboxylic acid - boric acid system combining alkali metal (or NH+) cations.We can grow high optical quality crystal by exploring aqueous solution crystal growth technology.We try to reveal the intrinsic link between the various functional units and optical properties by analysis of each functional units impact and the contribution to the nonlinear optical effect.The successful implementation of thi
