中文摘要: 本研究着眼于利用衍射光学元件约束激光谐振腔内电磁场的本征态,从而可以获得具有高效率、高偏振纯度、高强度梯度、较大暗斑尺寸以及良好传输性能的旋转对称偏振空心激光束。针对激光谐振腔的传统理论和分析方法进行创新性改进,建立和求解含有标量和矢量衍射光学元件激光谐振腔本征模式的自再现积分方程,并开展连续波、可调谐及高能调Q旋转对称偏振空心激光器的实验研究。同时,开展旋转对称偏振空心激光束的聚焦特性及产生纵向偏振光束的研究。此外,研究旋转对称偏振空心光束在自由空间非近轴情况下传输特性。旋转对称偏振空心激光器的研究以及相应新激光技术途径的开辟对激光物理与衍射光学交叉学科的发展有巨大的推动作用,也为调控空间不均匀偏振态的空心光束所产生新光学效应和新光学现象奠定坚实的基础和提供相关的科学依据。旋转对称偏振空心光束在光学捕获、光学信息处理、粒子囚禁、微观粒子光学操纵及材料加工等领域具有重要应用前景。

英文摘要: This research focuses on utilizing diffraction optical elements to bound the intracavitary electromagnetic field eigenstate, in order to abtain the rotationally symmetric hollow beam with high efficiency, high polarization purity, high intensity gradient,and bigger dark spot. Traditonal theory and analysis method of laser cavity are innovatively improved by constructing and resolving self-reproducing integral equation of eigen modes in laser cavity cotaining scalar and vector diffraction optical elements, and carrying out experimental research on continuous wave(CW), tunable and high energy Q-switch rotationally symmetric polarized hollow beam laser. Meanwhile, we will study the focusing characterization of rotationally symmetric polarized hollow beam laser and the generation of longitudinally polarized beam. Furthermore, the research on non-paraxial propagation characteristics of rotationally symmetric polarized hollow beam in free space will also be done. The innovative research on rotationally symmetric polarized hollow beam laser and the corresponding innovative laser technology will have great impact on the development of cross-discipline of laser physics and diffraction optics, which will lay a strong foundation and provide relative scientific references for the research on the new optical effects and optical phenomena resulted from adjusting and controlling the hollow beam with spatial asymmetric polarization state. Rotationally symmetric polarized hollow beam has a very promising future in optical trapping, optical information processing, particle confinement, optical controlling of microscopic particle, material processing, etc.
