中文摘要: 针对目前海洋环境下CFRP加固锈蚀混凝土结构的研究需要进一步深入的现状,本项目开展基于锈蚀钢筋、混凝土、CFRP三种不同材料间界面关系演化的CFRP加固锈蚀混凝土梁的破坏机理研究。项目将在CFRP加固锈蚀混凝土受弯构件的荷载试验中运用声发射技术,通过对锈蚀钢筋的粘结破坏、混凝土开裂、局部保护层脱落、CFRP断裂剥离等事件声发射信号特征的捕捉与分析,揭示CFRP加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁在加载过程中损伤的产生和演化,明确"锈蚀钢筋-混凝土","CFRP-混凝土"两个界面在加载过程中的变化对梁整体力学性能的影响,建立针对不同锈蚀率、不同荷载水平的CFRP修复锈蚀混凝土梁刚度、极限荷载等力学特征的计算模型。项目研究成果对于促进海洋环境下CFRP加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土构件耐久性的理论研究和工程应用具有积极意义,同时也可有效推动声发射技术在此类研究中的应用。

英文摘要: The investigation for corroded RC structures strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)in the marine environment needs more further research.The failure mechanism of CFRP strengthening corroded concrete flexural member will be investigated in terms of the rebar corrosion,concrete crack initiation and development, interface evolution between the three materials. The acoustic emission (AE) technique will be employed to investigate the strengthening effect of CFRP on the corroded reinforced concrete. Through the investigation on signal of the bond damage, crack of concrete, regional cover fallen off and CFRP broken down, the characteristics of signal will be captured and analyzed to disclose the damage initiation and evolution of CFRP reinforced corroded concrete during the loading; The effect of variable of interface between corroded rebar and concrete, CFRP and concrete during loading on the mechanical performance will be investigated. The calculation model on the CFRP corroded stiffness and limit state strength including the parameter corrosion rate, loading level will be established. The results will develop the knowledge on the CFRP reinforced concrete durability and application in ocean environment. The application of AE technique will be further enhance in this investigation.
