中文摘要: 本提案旨在研发一种灵敏度高,柔软性好,透气性优,安全性高,生物相容性好,用于人体健康监测和治疗的新型触觉传感器。我们的设计方案是采用静电纺丝技术和流延成膜技术分别制出轻质、柔软的压电薄膜。在此基础上,我们将采用电喷纳米银线或石墨烯与高分子混合液的方法在原有压电薄膜的表面上制备出纳米纤维柔性电极。这种结构的传感器具有良好的整体性和可操作性,并克服了传统传感器的缺点,在机器人等医疗以外领域也具有重要的应用价值。我们将对传感器的性能进行全面测试,探讨可能因素对膜结构和压电性能的影响,奠定发展该类传感器技术的理论基础。

英文摘要: This proposal aims to develop a unique type of touch sensors for medicare and medical purpose with high sensitivity, excellent flexibility, good breathability, high biocompatability, and good safety. In our design, very thin and light piezoelectrical nanofiber sheets are first prepared with electrospinning. And they will be then coated on both side with electrospun silver-composite or graphene-composite fibers as electrodes. Sensors with such a structure should show good stability and can be used easily and overcome the disavantages of traditional sensors; thus, they also are promising in application for robots. We will carry out systemtic test and evaluation of the properties of the sensors, find out possible effects on structure and properties of the sensors, and buidup foundations for further development.
