中文摘要: 针对当前我国LTCC微波集成发展所面临的核心材料研究瓶颈问题,以实现低成本的低介低损耗LTCC微波材料为突破点,系统深入的开展新型LTCC微波材料建模设计、工艺研制以及器件应用的研究。首先从源头材料研究出发,对LTCC微波材料介电性能和烧结特性的内在影响机理进行深入分析,建立材料体系低温共烧模型,在此基础上构建材料体系的复合方案,通过对材料制备工艺及掺杂改性的系统研究,掌握调控材料晶相组成、微观结构以及宏观性能的方法和途径,研制出高性能的新型低介低损耗LTCC微波材料。通过对研制材料在配浆流延、叠层定位以及匹配共烧等一系列LTCC集成工艺方面的探索,解决LTCC材料和器件一体化设计与制备所面临的诸多难题,成功研制出LTCC叠层微波器件,不仅充分验证研制材料的应用效能,而且也为实现该材料的推广应用以及促进我国LTCC微波材料及器件领域的发展做出一定的贡献。

英文摘要: Aim to the development bottleneck of LTCC microwave integrated technology in our country, we will roundly investigate the modeling, development and application of the new type LTCC microwave dielectric materials with low dielectric constant, low loss and low cost. Firstly, we will deeply study the impact mechanism of the LTCC materials on microwave dielectric properties and sintering characteristics. Secondly, we will build the low-temperature sintering model of the materials and create composite material system programs. After that, we will master the methods to regulate and control the composition, microstructure and properties of the LTCC materials based on the investigations of preparation of material technology and doping. And then we will produce high performance LTCC microwave dielectric materials with both low dielectric constant and low loss. Thirdly, we will solve a series of LTCC integration problems based on the round investigations of slurry casting, lamination and co-firing process of the materials. Finally, we will design and produce some LTCC microwave devices based on the developed materials. It will not only sufficiently verify the effectiveness of the materials, but also promote the application of the materials as well as promote the development of LTCC microwave materials and devices in our country.
