中文摘要: 高压直流输电系统具有快速可控的特征,为人工干预潮流分布提供了一种途径,但是高压直流输电系统的不恰当控制可能导致交直流系统动态失稳。我国已经形成含多馈入直流输电系统的混合电网以及混合输电通道,需要对交直流混合系统的输电功率优化和协调控制问题进行研究。本项目旨在针对交直流混合输电通道的送电功率和协调控制方面做两个方面的研究:一是正常运行情况下,优化直流线路的有功功率和换流站的无功 功率,以网络损耗最小为目标,建立优化模型并寻找合理算法;二是在故障情况下,协调 控制 MIDC系统各条线路的输电功率,利用直流系统的快速可控性提高系统的安全性能,防止出现直流换流站相继闭锁,防止出现连锁性交流线路跳闸事故。本研究将分析交直流输电线路并列运行机理,建立适用于不同情况下的交直流输电通道并存以及仅有直流输电通道的功率优化和协调控制模型。通过对比分析和理论探讨,探索含 MIDC 系统的交直流混合输电通道的最佳送电模式。

英文摘要: The fast controllability of HVDC transmission systems provides a way for manual intervention of power flow distribution. However, the inappropriate control of the HVDC transmission system may lead to dynamic instability of the AC-DC hybrid systems. Hybrid power grids and hybrid transmission corridor have formed in China. It is necessary to research on the transmission power optimization and coordinated control for the AC-DC hybrid power system. This project aims at study on two aspects of transmission power and coordinated control for AC-DC hybrid transmission corridor: 1) under normal operation conditions, the optimization model and method of the active power of the DC transmission line and reactive power of the converter station to reduce the consume of the fuel; 2) under fault conditions, coordinately control the transmission power of each line in the MIDC system and use the fast controllability of the DC system to improve the safety performance of the system, to prevent the emergence of DC converter station block one after another, to prevent the emergence of cascading tripping accidents in AC system. This project will analyze the parallel operation mechanism for AC-DC transmission lines, establish the AC and DC transmission channel for different conditions and the transmission power optimization and coordinated control model in which only the DC transmission channel is included. By the comparative analysis and theoretical discussion, this project tries to explore the best transmission mode for the AC and DC transmission corridor including MIDC system.
