中文摘要: 多描述编码是近年来用于解决无线网络传输丢包、延时问题的有效技术手段。随着无线网络实时传输的有效性和传输信息的安全性越来越多的受到人们的关注,多描述编码技术与信息安全结合的理论及应用研究地位随之提升。本课题重点针对图像媒体信息的小波域多描述编码框架与数字水印技术结合的问题进行研究,它对于提高无线网络传输的实时效果、增强无线网络传输信息的安全性等问题有着重要的理论研究价值和实际应用意义。具体研究内容包括:(1)基于量化的多描述编码框架与数字水印技术结合的算法;(2)基于变换的多描述编码框架与数字水印技术结合的算法;(3)小波域多描述编码框架与数字水印技术结合的算法;(4)最终构建基于小波图像编码标准下的多描述水印算法框架,通过实验修整、完善框架模型,验证相关算法。

英文摘要: Multiple Description Coding (MDC) has shown its efficiency to solve the packet losing and network delay problems in wireless communication in recent years. With the more and more attention has been paid on the efficiency and the information security techniques of transmission, the combination of the Multiple Description Coding and the information security techniques takes a more important place. Our research here focues on the combination of the image MDC techniques and the watermarking techniques which can not only improve the performance of real-time transmission, but also it can enhance the security of the transforred information. So it has an important theoretical and practical significance in this area. In this project, the main research content includes: (1)To study the combination algorithms of the quantization based MDC frame and the watermarking techniques. (2) To study the combination algorithms of the transformation based MDC fame and the watermarking techniques. (3) To study the combination algorithms of the wavlelet transform based MDC frame and the watermarking techniques. (4) To biuld MDC watermarking frames which are under the wavelet image coding standards and to test the proposed algorithms through the experimental results.
