中文摘要: 氟离子作为最小的阴离子,在生命科学及临床医学中扮演着重要的角色。如何实现对氟离子更准确、更快速、更简便的检测已经引起人们的广泛关注。三价有机硼化合物因为其强的路易斯酸性及其优良的发光性质,可与氟离子发生作用而成为氟离子荧光探针,达到对氟离子的识别,是目前最有潜质的一类氟离子探针。但由于氟离子高的水合焓,普通的有机硼化合物作为氟离子荧光探针很难适合于水体系。 本课题将在我们前期研究的基础之上,分别从如何增加探针对氟离子的络合能力、发光性能以及水溶性三个方面设计了两个基于有机硼的"笼"状探针模型。利用双/多齿络合与孔洞效应相结合来俘获水中的氟离子,实现对纯水溶液中氟离子的灵敏检测。从所合成的化合物中筛选出2-3个性能优越的探针分子,以此为基础对氟离子检测新方法与新技术进行探索与研究。

英文摘要: As the minimum anion, Fluoride ion (F-) plays a significant role in the life sciences and clinical medicine sciences. The question how to reach the more accurate, more rapid and more simple detection for F- has been receiving increasing attentions. Three-valence organoboron compounds with the strong Lewis acid and excellent fluorescence properties can react with F- to form fluorescent probe,which become the most promising probe. However, because of the high hydration enthalpy of F-, the common organoboron compounds can not detect the fluoride ions in aqueous system. Based on the previous study of our group, we design two cage-shaped fluorescent probe models with organoboron compounds. Three aspects are taken into consideration of the model respectively: to enhance the complexing ability, luminescent properties and the water solubility of the probe for F-. Flouride ion can be captured and detected sensitively from the aqueous solution by combining the bidentate/multidentate chelation and the holes effects together. Moreover, this project will set up a new detection method for F- based on 2-3 high performance probe molecules selected from the compounds we get.
