中文摘要： 大型保障性住房项目是我国社会经济发展转型背景下、带有浓重政府决策色彩的新型社会空间。对其演变过程、推动机制以及空间模式、综合实效的分析具有显著的样本价值和重要的现实意义。是否存在导向综合良性实效的大型保障性住房空间模式及其关联策略？如何合理引导既有大型保障房向积极健康的方向发展？怎样进行理性的保障性住房空间决策？是亟需引起关注和解决的理论和实践难题。 本研究希望通过跨学科的研究思路，综合运用城市规划、地理学、社会学和经济管理领域的研究方法，总结既有的大型保障性住房空间模式及形成机制，从涵盖贫困集聚、就业支撑、社会融合、外部效应等多维度展开 "综合实效"研判和原因分析。将"空间模式及其形成机制"和"综合实效及其深层原因"相关联对照，从而判断决策过程的问题、疏漏，为保障性住房空间决策和既有问题的介入应对提供科学依据。希冀推动理性的保障性住房空间决策，促进建构全面的保障性住房公共政策体系。

英文摘要： Against the background of social and economical transformation, China has initiated mass public housing construction, of which converged large-scale public housing become an important new category of residential-social space. The evolution process, driving mechanism and spatial pattern, comprehensive actual effect analysis on large-scale public housing are full of sample values and does make sense. There are some puzzles both theoretically and practically. Are there some reasonable spatial patterns on large-scale public housing? How to guide those existing large-scale public housing to a healthy development? How to make rational decision-making on public housing planning? Based on interdisciplinary views, we try to use a bundle of research methods involving fields of urban planning, geography, sociology and real estate economy. All of the research methods will contribute to two research aspects. One is on the spatial patterns and driving mechanisms, the other is on the comprehensive actual effects and deep reasoning. By conjunction and comparison of the two aspects, we could extract the problems and omissions during the decision-making process. The research outcomes will contribute to the rational spatial decision-making of public housing and provide the scientific basis for intervening measures on the existing
