中文摘要: 基于光纤的传输特性和新功能材料,设计和制备具有特殊功能的光纤集成器件和传感器是近几年研究的热点。本项目基于D形光纤的制备,然后在D形光纤上设计和制备金属谐振环并研究其传输特性,进一步研究金属谐振环在消逝场传输中的偏振控制效应。在理论上,从光波导本征方程和传播方程出发,计算和模拟D形光纤的参数和消逝场强度的关系,建立D形光纤消逝波传播方程,然后建立谐振环调控下的消逝场传播方程。探索金属谐振环共振效应与消逝场光波的相互作用规律,获得金属谐振环调控下的消逝场的光学传输特性。采用磁控溅射和聚焦离子刻蚀方法在D形光纤上制备金属谐振环结构,形成金属谐振环调制下的D形光纤消逝场。利用谐振环控制产生的表面等离激元,形成表面等离激元与光纤中光波的耦合,探索耦合效率与谐振环结构的关系。因该结构在光纤上制备,容易与现有的光纤系统匹配,对发展新型的光集成器件和传感具有重要的意义。

英文摘要: Based on fiber transmission characteristics and new functional materials, designed and prepared of optical integrated devices and sensors with special features is a research hotspot in recent years. We project is based on preparation the D-shaped fiber, and then designed and preparaed of the metal ring resonator in the D-shaped fiber and study it's transmission characteristics, furthermore, to research the effect of polarization control metallic ring resonator in the transmission of the evanescent field. In theory, from the optical waveguide Eigenequation propagation equation , computing and analog D-shaped fiber parameters and the evanescent field intensity of the relationship, and to establish the D-shaped fiber evanescent wave propagation equation, and then to create the ring resonator under the control of the evanescent field propagation equation. To explore the metal ring resonator resonance effect with the evanescent field of light waves interaction law, metallic ring resonator under the control of the evanescent field of the optical transmission characteristics.
