中文摘要: 本项目将利用最新选育出的香稻香味等近基因系等为研究材料,通过在分蘖期、长穗期和结实期分别进行水氮互作处理,以及大田期不同水氮管理模式对比,研究其对香稻茎、鞘、叶、根、糙米的香气2-乙酰-1-吡咯啉(2-AP)合成的有关酶,如脯氨酸脱氢酶、吡咯啉-5-羧酸脱羧酶、吡咯啉乙酰基转移酶、鸟氨酸转氨酶、鸟氨酸脱羧酶、二胺氧化酶、甜菜碱醛脱氢酶的活性和脯氨酸和2-AP含量的动态变化。旨在探明分蘖期、长穗期和结实期的水氮互作对香稻糙米香气2-AP形成的作用大小及其对香稻糙米2-AP形成的调控机理,找出促进香稻糙米香气2-AP形成积累最佳水氮管理模式,弄清香稻糙米2-AP形成的生理生化机制。这对于指导进一步选育浓香高产优质的香稻品种和制定香稻浓香、优质、高产栽培技术措施具有重要的理论和实践意义,亦有利于提高我国香米在国内外市场的竞争力,改变我国香米长期依赖进口的局面。

英文摘要: The experiments of water-nitrogen interaction treatments during tillering stage, booting stage, filling stage and whole stage of growth and development will carry out by using near-isogenic aroma rice lines. The activities of 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline synthetic enzyme, such as proline dehydrogenase, pyrolline-5-carboxylic acid decarboxylase, pyrroline-acetyltransferase, ornithine aminotransferase, ornithine decarboxylase, diamine oxidase, betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase, and the contents of 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline and proline in stem, sheath, leaf, root, and grain, will be analyzed to prove effects of water-nitrogen interaction during tillering stage, booting stage, filling stage and whole stage of growth and development on aroma 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline formation in aromatic brown rice and their mechanism, the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of water-nitrogen interaction affecting formation of 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline in aromatic brown rice, the best water and nitrogen management model for highest 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline content in aromatic brown rice, therefore, have important academic and practical meaning in breed rich-aroma aromatic rice varieties and high-aroma cultivation.
