中文摘要: 群体感应(Quorum Sensing)作为细菌细胞间的信号传递系统,在调控细菌 生理行为过程中发挥重要的作用。目前国际上已有的研究结果表明群体感应(Quorum Sensing)在根瘤菌结瘤及固氮效率具有重要的调节作用,而对于种间或种内群体感应系统 的差别,不同根瘤菌之间如何应用群体感应系统进行相互的信息交流,这种信号交流模式 对菌植共生过程中一系列生理反应则了解得非常少。本研究发现不同的华癸根瘤菌中产生的自体诱导物分子的活性和种类是不同的,其信号分子与代表菌株As9的交互性也具有差异性,反映了华癸根瘤菌种内信号分子的多样性。鉴定了As9的AI信号分子是3-hydroxyl-C10-HSL的结构式。获得了As9菌株的LuxI/LuxR 类群体感应基因mrhI/mrhR及其调控基因,获得了As9体内受植物分泌物诱导的基因lysE,该基因对根瘤菌与宿主间的早期互作密切相关。

英文摘要: As an important signal transportation system, quorum sensing can regulate much physiological behavior of bacteria. Recent research result shows that it makes great effect on the interaction of microbe and plant. A?little have been known on the differences between interspecies and intraspecies about quorum sensing, how rhizobium ussing quorum sensing to crosstalk, and its effect on symbiosis. We found that different strains of Mesorhizobium huakuii have specific patterns on autodinduer signal activity and variety. They also have different interactivity to the representative strains As9. We identified the signaling structure of As9 is to be 3-methoxycinnamate (OMC)-C10-HSL, obtained luxI/luxR-type qurosum sensing genes mhrI/mrhR, got a plant secretion induced gene lysE which had been shown to be closely related to interaction between rhizobia and host in early stages.
