中文摘要: 复杂神经网络建模及同步研究对揭示人脑深层次工作机理、治疗各种脑疾病和开发大脑型计算机都有重要价值。如何进一步将建模、同步和神经系统的正常和非正常生理功能联系起来,研究神经元网络系统的整体时空动力学行为与信息传播、辨识问题是目前研究热点。本项目以原发性癫痫患者为研究对象,采用功能磁共振成像技术,运用复杂网络理论,从功能整合角度探究非正常生理状态下脑功能网络及同步特性。主要研究内容包括:运用神经心理学测试软件设计注意力和记忆力实验;使用统计参数映射方法获得任务相关功能脑区和脑信号;采用套索模型构建不同条件下脑功能复杂网络拓扑结构;研究原发性癫痫脑网络同步渐进过程,揭示癫痫脑系统的演化机理,理解其复杂系统的时空差异;针对小世界网络和无标度网络构建相应的H-H优化模型,分析两种典型网络的相同步动力学行为。本研究有助于推动人类了解原发性癫痫的发生、持续机理,为诊断脑疾病提供理论依据和临床参考。

英文摘要: Study on complex neural network structure and synchronization is of great value on revealing mechanism of the brain in depth, therapy of various cerebral diseases, and exploitation of intelligent computer. It is a hot point on investigating dynamic behavior and information transmission of neural network. In this project, brain functional networks and dynamic characteristics during abnormal physiological state is investigated in the point of view of function integration, based on complex network theory, by using functional magnetic resonance imaging datasets of essential epilepsy. The main contents are as follows: the attension and memory tests are designed by using the software of neuropsychologic test; the cerebral function and signals during tasks are achieved by using statistical parametric mapping; the functional network for task-block and rest-block are constructed by lasso model; asymptotic synchronization of epilepsy brain networks are studied to reveal evolution mechanism of cereral network in epilepsy and comprehend spatial-temporal changes of complex system; in small-world and scale-free networks, H-H optimization models are constructed and phase synchronization are analysed.
