中文摘要: 交联一个有机半导体材料一直是人们关注的在根本上解决有机半导体稳定性的方案,但遇到诸多合成化学挑战。本项目基于对咔唑基元电化学偶联特性的认知,提出电化学偶联制备交联结构半导体薄膜材料研究课题。希望系统研究电化学聚合薄膜化学及聚集态结构调控方法;新结构、新功能与新应用的探索;着重研究电化学聚合薄膜的发光电器件应用,特别是与TFT基板的工艺对接。力争对交联结构聚合物材料的合成方法学以及创新彩色图案画薄膜及器件工艺方面做出贡献,取得国际领先的原创成果。

英文摘要: Crosslinking an organic semiconductor material has been attention to the fundamental solution to the stability of the organic semiconductor materials, but encountered many synthetic chemical challenge. This project, which is based on the cognitive the electrochemical coupling characteristics of carbazole groups, proposed to prepare of semiconductor thin films with cross-linked structure by utilizing electrochemical polymerization(ECP) methods. We would take research on ECP methods systemically to build control methods for chemistry and aggregation structure in ECP film, and to explorate the new structure, new features and new applications of ECP films. We would focus on the applications for optoelectronic device , especially on the craft docking with the TFT substrate. Strive to contribute to obtain the original results in the synthesis methodologies of crosslinked polymer materials, and innovative process of colorized patterning film and device.
